As a practice that always strives to give our patients the best possible treatment we understand that your feedback is critical.

We are dedicated to continuing our commitment to you, the patient, and ensuring that your ideas and comments are listened to and acted upon. In doing this you may receive patient feedback forms via email or when you visit the surgery. Supplied at the practice is also a suggestions box and a book for your comments about our dentists and team. Please take the time to complete these and help us to help you.

The practice manager is always happy to talk with you personally and make sure that your view point is heard and where appropriate, investigated and acted upon.
